It is a recipe made out of paneer a different way of doing paneer.

1 cup Coconut Milk

6 - 8 nos Ripe green chilies / Red Chili

1 cup Cut Onions

1 tsp Ginger & garlic paste

1 leaves handful Curry

1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds

1 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

preparation

1.  Step 1: Cut the paneer, put in the hot water for 2 minutes drain the water keep it aside , In pan add oil , fennel seeds,curry leaves allow it to splutter.

2.  Step 2: Add the onions and ripe green chilli / red chilli saute till the raw smell goes then add the ginger garlic paste saute well.

3.  Step 3: Add the coriander powder saute few minutes then add the paneer/tofu ,coconut milk and salt , allow it to cook well for 10 - 15 mins .
