PAN SEARED STEAK 1.   1. Salt and pepper the steak on both sides.

2.  2. Place a cast iron skillet over high heat.

3.  3. Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in the pan and add the steak.

4.  4. Let it sear both sides for four minutes each. Sear the sides for a minute.

5.  5. Remove from skillet and let rest for at least ten minutes.

6.  6. Melt remaining butter in skillet over medium heat.

7.  7. Add the beef broth and stir.

8.  8. Slice steak and drizzle with the sauce.

9.  9. Garnish with rosemary.
