preparation

1.  Wash the fingerling potatoes and slice into half.

2.  Add chilly powder, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric, chat masala and olive oil.

3.  Toss it all together.

4.  Lightly spray a baking sheet and arrange the potatoes on it.

5.  Bake at 425F for 30 minutes or so until they look all wrinkled and smell great. :)
