preparation

1.  Preheat oven to 375.

2.  Cut squash crosswise into 3/4 inch slices, discarding seeds and stringy pulp.

3.  Arrange squash slices in a single layer on a large baking wshweet coated with cooking spray.

4.  Bake squash slices at 375 for 15 minutes.

5.  Meanwhile, reduce the orange juice by half (to 1 tbsp). Combine with all other ingredients. Brush half of mixture over squash slices. Bake at 375 for another 10 minutes.

6.  Brush remaining half of mixture over squash slices. Bake at 375 for a final 10 minutes.

7.  Serve hot.
