Oats Upma with Mixed Vegetables

by: Aarthi

Todays recipe is gonna be the most healthy and tasty upma made with oats. I made this dish last friday and my little sister had this and asked me, ”Akka What is this?”. I told her “it's Oats Upma”, she was totally shocked and said “are you kidding me this doesn't taste like that. It's so yummy”, she then finished the entire bowl. Yes I should tell you this, the dish doesn't taste like the oats that you grow up with, it tastes unique. This dish is a healthier version of oats porridge, because it has lot of veggies in it. So perfect for kids and every one.
