
Oatmeal Banana Bread

I made this a couple of days back. It is actually a cross between a bread and a cake. It is pretty moist and dense and has a strong banana flavour. One thick slice is ideal as a snack, you will find it both filling and not too high on calories too.

1 cup uncooked oats (not the quick cooking variety)
