Nutella Oat Muffins

Here's a very easy and delicious muffin recipe. You can substitute some ingredients for a healthier option. You can use coconut oil instead of canola. You can use honey instead of the white sugar or just decrease the amount.


Adjust your ingredient quantities here. Simply enter how many servings you need, and the ingredient quantity will update accordingly!

2 cups flour

1 cup old fashioned oats

2 bananas, mashed

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 large egg

1/2 cup low fat milk

1/4 cup canola oil

1 tsp vanilla extract.

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray or use paper liners.

2.  In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Whisk until combined.In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add the milk, oil, vanilla extract and the bananas. Stir until combined.

3.  Add the flour mixture onto your wet mixture. Stir to combined , do not over mix!

4.  Pour the batter into your muffin tins and add a teaspoon of nutella on each muffin butter.

5.  Using a toothpick, slowly and gently cut and swirl the nutella in the batter.

6.  Make pretty swirls..

7.  Bake for 17 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean.
