Nutella Frosted Muffin

Again muffin, because my kids love muffins. And their mom enjoy to bake muffin too, because easy and simple. No mixer, just use whisk hand or wood ladl. Then scoope the batter and put on the muffin baking mould. Bake. Yummy.

140 gr butter / margarine.

200 gr all purpose flour.

150 gr sugar.

1 tsp baking powder.

3 whole eggs.

1/2 tsp salt.

1/2 tsp vanilla.


Almond Flakes.

1.  Mix all of ingredients, except Nutella and Almond Flakes. Stir with whisk hand or wood ladl until combine evenly.

2.  Preheat oven 180°C and prepare the muffin mould and placed paper cup.

3.  Use ice cream scoope and take 2 scoope the batter and pour onto muffin mould. Add 1/2 tsp nutella and sprinkle with almond flakes. Do until finish and bake until mature or use tooth pick. If clean it means mature.

4.  Ready to be served for breakfast or snack tea time.
