preparation

1.  Grind biscuits in grinder and knead its dough using Hershey's chocolate syrup that can be rolled easily, neither very soft nor too hard to get cracked while rolling.

2.  Grind almonds , cashews and sugar to little oily powder ( grind for few more pulses after getting powder, but don't over do otherwise you will end up with dry fruits paste) . Add coconut and cardamom powder to it and mix well, the filling is ready.

3.  Now grease an aluminum foil and roll the chocolate dough in thin rectangular shape. Spread the filling on it evenly and press firmly then roll it in tight log shape . Wrap it with aluminum foil and keep it in fridge for 4-5hrs .

4.  Then cut it in 1/2 inch thick slices and enjoy.

5.  You can use any dry fruit or biscuit of your choice. Instead of Hershey's syrup you can use cocoa powder, sugar powder and milk to make dough.
