No Bake Chocolate Bar

This is one of the recipe that don’t need to any cooking, it just needs mixing and chilling. Such an easy recipe, but a tasty one. This recipe calls for peanut butter, I used my homemade peanut butter which was perfect for this one. Check my own peanut butter recipe to make your own, it is really a simple recipe, you could give this as a snack for kids, really healthy too. I recommend not to freeze this, just keep this in fridge. Hope you try this dish and let me know what you think.

For Base:

1 cup Crackers, crumbled

1 cup Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Butter

1 cup Sugar, powdered

For Topping:

1 cup Dark Chocolate, chopped

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Honey

1.  In a mixing bowl, add in butter and sugar and mix well. Add in peanut butter and mix well.

2.  Add in powdered crackers and tip this into a foil lined tin. Press it with your hands.

3.  Now melt chocolate along with butter in microwave or double boiler. Add in honey and mix well.

4.  Pour this over the cracker and spread it evenly.

5.  Chilli it in fridge for 1 hour and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy.
