A nice thin crust pizza with a hint of sweetness to it.

Pizza dough, notes section has pizza dough recipes

1 cup of pizza sauce (I use tomato sauce and mix about 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar in it)

1/2 package of prosciutto

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Olive oil to taste

1.  Preheat oven to 500F. If using pizza stone put on rack in lowest position possible, if using pan, use the second lowest rack position.

2.  Roll or toss your crust.

3.  Brush a generous helping of olive oil over dough.

4.  Spread your sauce evenly.

5.  Add your shredded mozzarella.

6.  Add your prosciutto.

7.  Cook for 7 to 10 minutes depending how dark you like it and how well your oven works.

8.  Cut up and serve.

Cooks' note:
This is a simple pizza recipe. You can play around and add anything you like. Just remember to spread or roll your dough very thin, then make a nice crust around it.
