preparation

1.  Melt the butter and let it temper.

2.  Once cooled, put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.

3.  Refrigerate dough for one hour. Pull and stretch, giving a thickness of 1.5-2 inches.

4.  Cut with cookie cutters and place them on a baking tray on a baking paper.

5.  Bake at 170 degrees F for 40 minutes. Let it cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
