A unique barbeque sauce that is delicious on any kind of meat!

1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter

3 oz – 8 cans tomato sauce

1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon mustard powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/2 Juice of lemon, strained

1.  Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over med. high heat.

2.  When the butter begins to brown, stir in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard powder, and seasonings.

3.  Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes or so over low heat, uncovered.

4.  Add the vinegar and stir to combine. Simmer for one minute, then remove the pan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.

5.  It’s really good with chicken, but it’s especially good with spicy, smoked brisket!
