Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Mushroom Canapes

400 g /1lb mushrooms (your choice)

200 g /7oz cream cheese

200 g /7oz smoked salmon

olive oil for drizzling

salt and peppers

dill and peppercorns for decoration

1.  Preheat the oven to 200°C/392°F.

2.  Place the mushrooms on a greased baking tray.

3.  Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and bake for about 5 minutes.

4.  Remove from the oven and leave on a side to cool down.

5.  Divide the salmon equally between the mushrooms.

6.  Fill a pastry bag with the cream cheese and make a small rosette on top of the salmon.

7.  Decorate with a peppercorn and some dill.
