This is a simple and basic way of making mughlai paratha...The filling for this paratha is pretty much endless,you could fill it with chicken,minced meat,vegetables and many more...I have showed two ways of stuffing this paratha...You can try any one of that..




ingredients

For Dough:

cup Maida-1

Salt to taste

tsp Oil-1

Water as required

For filling:

Egg-2

1/2 Onion- chopped finely

1/2 Carrot- grated

Green chilli-1 chopped finely

Coriander leaves-2 tblspn chopped

Salt to taste

preparation

1.  Make a soft dough by mixing flour,salt,oil and water.let this rest for 15 min..Divide into equal portions..

2.  Mix all the ingrediants given in the filling together.

3.  You could make this roti in two different ways..

5.  Take a portion of dough and spread it thinly as possible..Put it in hot tawa and pour some egg mixture in the center...Fold the roti on all sides so that it forms a square shape..Flip it over and cook on other side too...Cook the roti completely till the egg is cooked and roti gets golden on all sides..

7.  Take a portion of dough and spread it thinly as possible.. Pour some egg mixture in the center...Fold the roti on all sides so that it forms a square shape..Carefully take this parcel and put it on hot tawa and cook on both sides till golden and the egg is cooked.

8.  Serve hot with ketcup or any of your favorite curry.
