1.  Spread the passion fruit mousse over the bottom of a prebaked tart shell.

2.  Arrange the berries on top in concentric circles and brush with glaze.

Cooks' note:
Soak 1 teaspoon gelatin in 1 tablespoon cold water for 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons cream and heat the mixture in the microwave until the gelatin dissolves, about 5 seconds. Beat 3/4 cup cream to medium peaks and beat in the gelatin mixture and 1/2 cup passion fruit curd.
