Todays recipe is gonna be a micro mini tart..The things which you need to make this tart is basic short crust pastry..I have the recipe here,check out this link for recipe...But make sure that you leave out the sugar while making the pastry dough..I stuffed my tart with panner,but you could do any filling as you wish...I baked this tart in mini tart mould ,they are readily available in all super markets,But if you couldnt find that you could use muffin trays or any small bowls...And even you can bake this as a big tart tin and slice into wedges and serve...So please make this and let me know what you think..
