I had never even heard of this before until talking with a friend at work about wanting something different for dinner. It is AMAZING...and easy, most importantly.

1 pound ground beef

1 packet of taco seasoning

1 egg

1 cup crushed fritos

salsa

shredded cheese

sour cream

preparation

1.  Preheat oven to 350°.

2.  Mix together ground beef, taco seasoning, egg, and fritos. Shape into loaf and place in a non-stick baking pan.

3.  Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until meat is browned.

4.  Remove from oven and cover with salsa, to your liking.

5.  Top with shredded cheese.

6.  Bake until cheese is melted.

Cooks' note:
Serve with sour cream and Spanish rice.
