1/2 cup corn

1 cup coriander leaves

3-4 cloves of garlic

3-4 green chillies

2 tbsp oil

1 onion

1.  Wash and dry the rice on a kitchen towel.

2.  Grind the coriander, garlic, onion and chillies in a mixer/blender into a coarse paste

3.  Heat oil in a pan and toast the rice until brown.

4.  Add the green paste,corn,salt and 1.5 cups of water

5.  Cover and cook until the rice is cooked.

6.  Fluff it up and serve hot
