preparation

1.  Place 6 ice cubes into martini shaker, add Kahlua and Vodka. Whisk matcha with 1 ounce cold water and add to shaker. Add natural sweetener, then shake and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Cooks' note:
Optional: rimming the martini glass with finely chopped dark chocolate instead of using the shavings.
