Amazing exotic mousse with mango and yogurt.

1 tub (200 g) Yoghurt with 2% fat

200 ml cream with 35% fat (we make whipped cream)

2 large ripe mango

2 tablespoons sugar

3 sheets small gelatine

slices mango for garnish

preparation

1.  Leave gelatine to soak for 10 minutes in a bowl with cold water .

2.  Peel and mash the mango in a blender.

3.  In a small saucepan put the mango puree with the sugar and heat over with low heat.

4.  We dont want to boil.

5.  Once the sugar melts, squeeze the gelatine in to the fruit mixture and stir quickly to dissolve.

6.  Remove it from the heat and leave to cool for a few minutes.

7.  Stir the whipped cream with the yogurt with a spoon.

8.  Finally pour the fruit mixture (in a circular motion) and blend it with the yogurt mixture to become one.

9.  Divide into 4-5 glasses of mousse.

10.  Chill in the refrigerator.

11.  Garnish with mango slices and mint.
