1.  Melt the white chocolate in double boiler.

2.  Melt the strawberry chocolate in double boiler.

3.  Brush some oil in the chocolate mahjong mold.

4.  Fill 3/4 of the mold with white chocolate, chill in fridge for a few minutes until set.

5.  Fill 1/4 with strawberry chocolate and chill in fridge until completely set.

6.  Best to leave it for an hour or two for easy removal.

7.  Pain the design with a tiny brush using wilton food coloring.

8.  Chill in fridge.
