fresh toast bread

large one-third of a cucumber

200 g of salted salmon

100 g cream cheese (I used Philadelphia)

sprigs couple of dill

1.  Cut bread circles with glass, it should be identical to the diameter of cucumber.

2.  Put the slices on a plate on top each of them with thin slice of cucumber.

3.  Mix your dill with cream cheese

4.  Cut your fish in thin slices

5.  Spread cream cheese on a fish

6.  Make it into a roll and put on top of a cucumber. Enjoy!
