1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp corn starch

1/4 tsp basil

1/4 tsp dill

1/4 tsp Oregano

1/4 tsp Sage

1/4 tsp Savory

1/4 tsp Rosemary

1/4 tsp Thyme

1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper

1/4 tsp ground Garlic

1/4 tsp Onion powder

1/4 tsp Sea salt

1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 tbls ground Walnuts

2 tbsp sunflower seeds

3 eggs

3 tbsp Coconut oil

1/4 cup melted Butter

1/2 cup Cottage cheese

2 oz Cream cheese

Zucchini no noodle lasagna with oyster mushrooms 1.  Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit / 190.556 Celsius.

2.  In large mixing bowl, blend all dry ingredients together, finely.

3.  In medium mixing bowl, blend all wet ingredients together, smoothly.

4.  Combine the wet ingredients into the large bowl with the dry ingredients.

5.  Pour batter into an oiled loaf pan/dish.

6.  Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until browned (done when a butter knife comes out of middle of the loaf clean).

7.  Place on a cooling rack for at least 10 minutes before slicing.

Cooks' note:
There's a new study out that indicates that coconut oil in bread might lower the glycemic response, making it better for diabetics.
