Zucchini no noodle lasagna with oyster mushrooms 1.  Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

2.  Slice zucchini, (the thinner the slice, the crispier the chip).

3.  Arrange sliced zucchini on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with seasonings.

4.  Bake in the preheated oven until completely dried and chip-like, about 30 minutes per side or until golden brown)...
