Little Star Soup with Mix Vegetables

Commonly we add macaroni pasta. Here, difficult to find macaroni shape, so I add little star pasta (stelline : Italian). Kids's favorite soup, special when they got influenza and fever when winter.

serves: 4

3 tbsp little star pasta.

1/2 chicken breast, diced.

1 carrot, thinly sliced.

3 small florets of broccoli, cut to get florets.

3 small florets of cauli flower, cut to get florets.

1 medium size potato, diced.

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg.

1/4 tsp ground pepper.

Flavor powder to taste.

Oil to sautè.

1/2 red onion, roughly chopped.

2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.

1 green cayenne chilies (optional).

600 ml water.

1.  Heat oil, sautè onion, garlic, until wilt and fragrant.

2.  Add cayenne chili, nutmeg and pepper. Stir until fragrant.

3.  Add chicken, stir until mix with spices anc color is pale.

4.  Pour water and boiled until boil.

5.  Add all of vegetables and boil until vegetables are wilt.

6.  Add little star pasta and boil until tender. Turn off heat and ready to be served.
