In this recipe, if you are not eating your greens then drink them. We also use the cold pressed method to extract nutrient rich juice from fresh vegetable by using high pressure exerted through a Hydraulic Press or Commercial Juicer, also my wife and i have a cold press juicing business in Memphis, Tn called Juzemibaby. In preparing this recipe its wise that you wash the produce with apple cider vinegar and water very well. Special Note. All vegetable and fruit in this juze are Organic

preparation

1.  Take each item wash very well, cut Cucumbers in half, then cut each half in 4s, take the apples and cut them in half, then take the half's and cut into 4s.
