This Hungarian goulash - a sort of thick meat soup, a beautiful rich color, always with paprika , lots of meat and vegetables.




ingredients

serves: 7-8

- Onions (100g) .

40 g - of lard

4 tsp - Paprika ground

600 g - Beef

1 tsp - Sea salt

1/2 tsp - Black pepper

200 g - Carrots

1 - Peppers sweet red (bell pepper) pc.

- Tomatoes red 150g

4 cloves - Garlic pcs.

500 g - Potatoes

preparation

1.  Slice the onion and saute. When the onions golden brown, add paprika.

2.  Stir well.

3.  A couple of minutes add the large cubes of meat, salt and pepper.

4.  Fry all together over high heat, then add a little water, cover and simmer for about an hour.

5.  Cut the carrots and bell peppers.

6.  Add to the stew carrots, peppers, tomatoes and garlic, add hot water and cook further.

7.  Stir and cook for about 15 minutes.

8.  When the meat is tender add large pieces of ??potatoes.

9.  When potatoes is ready,turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 minutes under the cover.
