Hummus with Greek Yogurt

Lower-calorie & lower-fat version of traditional hummus. Use this recipe as a base and add other ingredients as you desire before pureeing, i.e. 1/2 a jar of roasted red pepper strips; 1 can artichoke hearts in water, drained; roasted garlic; etc.

1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained Reserve liquid.

1/4 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt

1/8 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)

1 juice of lemon

1 clove garlic, roughly chopped

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander
