Hot Pepper Jelly Blue Cheese Dip

Over the years, I have oftened paired a tart & spicy jelly, jam, marmalade or preserve with various cheeses, especially the “stinkier” cheeses, as the fruit in the preserves (this term is used to collectively describe the various condiments) tends to compliment the cheese, in terms of pairing & balance.

8 ounces low fat cream cheese

6-8 ounces Cambozola

1-2 tablespoons heaping your favorite hot pepper jelly

1 bag 6-ounce Terra Sweets & Beet Chips

1 bag 8-ounce Cape Cod Chips or your favorite kettle chips

1.  In a food processor, combine the cream cheese & Cambozola. Process till smooth.

2.  Add the hot pepper jelly, a teaspoon at a time, until the proper amount of heat & flavor are attained.

3.  Refrigerate the dip until ready to serve.

4.  Serve the Hot Pepper Jelly Blue Cheese Dip with Terra & Cape Cod Chips.
