Honey Fried Chicken with Yogurt Mint Sauce Burritos

Yesterday, I have made yogurt mint sauce, and today I have made tortillas. Now I just finished to prepare Honey Fried Chicken. I prepared all to make Burritos.

250 gr yogurt creamy.

4 tbsp mayonaisse.

1/2 bunch of mint leaves.

Salt to taste.

2 small strawberries, diced.

1 chicken breat fillet and cut as finger 1 x 1 cm.

1/2 lemon, take juice.

1 tbsp honey.

1 tsp salt.

1/4 tsp ground pepper.

1 tsp garlic paste.

Oil to fry.

3 lattuce, thinly sliced.

1/2 carrot, shredded.

1/2 cucumber, peeled and thinly cut.

1 finnochio, thinly sliced.

1 green cayenne chili, thinly sliced.

pinch A of salt.

8 sheets of Tortillas Flatbread.

1.  Pulsed yogurt, mayonaisse and mint leaves until smooth.

2.  Pour into bowl, add salt and strawberries. Stir until combine evenly.

3.  Yogurt Mint Sauce ready to used.

4.  Mix lemon juice, honey, salt, ground pepper and garlic paste. Stir until combine evenly.

5.  Marinated chicken with mixture of lemon juice and let stand for 15 minutes.

6.  Heat oil to fry. Fry chicken until golden brown.

7.  Transfer to plate and set aside.

8.  Mix all of ingredients and stir until combine evenly.

9.  Set aside.

10.  Take a sheet of tortillas, add 1 tbsp of salad, add honye fried chicken and yogurt mint sauce.

11.  Ready to be served.
