Homemade Egg Sandwich Recipe

I like this recipe for brunch because it is very easy and quick.

2 medium boiled eggs

leaves Dried basil

Garlic salt

1 tbsp of Mayo

Chili or paprika powder

Pepper (optional)

1 tsp of ranch dressing (optional)

1.  Remove the shells from the eggs

2.  Place eggs in a bowl and mash them with the back of a fork

3.  Mash them until there no chunks of the white part of the egg

4.  Add 3 dashes of basil

5.  Add 1-2 of chili pepper or paprika

6.  Add 2-3 dashes of garlic salt according to your taste

7.  Add 1- 1 1/2 tbsp of mayo

8.  Mix all the ingredients together

9.  Add 1 tsp of ranch dressing

10.  Mix

11.  Sandwich Prep

12.  Add the egg spread to a slice of bread or toast and cover it with an addition slice of bread to make your delicious sandwich.

13.  You can also use a sandwich bread or any bread of your choice

14.  This egg spread can be serve at room temperature or chilled..
