A fun and tasty twist to pizza dough.

1 cup water

1 tablespoon shortening

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

2-3/4 cup flour

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon oregano

2 tablespoons basil (you could use less, I wanted the basil to stand out)

1-1/2 teaspoons yeast

preparation

1.  Combine all ingredients in your bread machine baking pan in order.

2.  Put the baking pan in the chamber.

3.  Set the machine for dough and turn on.

4.  Once finished you can remove and put in a bowl, cover for at least 30 minutes.

Cooks' note:
This is just a fun twist on dough. You can add anything you like to it. Experiment and try new things. It's quite fun!
