1.  * In a pan, put water and bring it to a boil

2.  * Add in all ingredients except the lemon juice

3.  * Bring to a boil till water changes color to light green

4.  * Sieve in a cup and enjoy hot!

5.  * You can add 1 teaspoon lemon juice
