preparation

1.  Halve or quarter the tomatoes, then place in a bowl.

2.  Add the basil leaves to the tomatoes in the amount you prefer.

3.  Add kosher salt, black pepper, olive oil & lemon juice to taste.

4.  Toss all the ingredients together.

5.  Serve the Heirloom Cherry Tomato & Basil Topping as an appetizer, salad, mixed with pasta or with your favorite meat or seafood.
