2 in Tuna water – cans (6 oz each, I used sandwich flaked Tuna)

1 medium stalk celery –

1 small onion –

1 tsp Lemon juice -

1/4 tsp Salt -

1/4 tsp Pepper –

8 slices bread – ( Used canapé bread)

1.  Method

2.  Drain the tuna in a strainer. Chop the celery to measure 1/2 cup. Peel and chop the onion to measure 1/4 cup.

3.  In a medium bowl, mix the tuna, celery, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. If you want you can add green chilies or any herbs of your choice, its optional.

4.  Spread tuna mixture on the bread slices.
