This drink gives lot of energy and contains low calories.so you dont gain weight to drink this juice at the same time your stamina increases more for doing workouts energitically.Iam saying this with my personal experience iam drinking this instead of breakfast.you can drink your wishing time.

1.  Blend all ingredients .(except milk).after fine paste add milk and blend once again.if you want add 1/2cup water(depends upon thickness of the juice).better to take this juice 30minutes before doing exercises.or instead of any meal. I thick,this is protein enriched juice
