A rich and chocolatey single-serving brownie you don't have to feel guilty about!

2 tsp pure maple syrup

1/8 tsp vanilla extract

preparation

1.  Lightly spray your favorite mug with cooking spray. Set mug aside and use a measuring cup to mix ingredients. Start by combining the dry ingredients first. Then stir in the wet ingredients. Scrape into prepared mug with a rubber spatula, and microwave on High for exactly 1 minute 15 seconds. Enjoy!
