Grilled Salmon with Vegetables

We are salmon lover's family. I have cooked salmon with many kind flavours

4 pinch pcs salmon, cleand and washed Rub with a of salt and 1 tbsp of vinegar to reduce slime and stench of fish Wash again and drained.

1 medium size of potato, peeled and cut.

1 - 2 carrots, cut 1 cm.

8 florets of broccoli.

1/2 medium size onion.

2 cloves garlic.

Salt is required.

1 tsp ground black pepper.

1/2 tsp ground walnut.

300 ml water.

Vegetable oil for stir fry spices.

1.  Puree the onion, garlic, black pepper, walnut and salt.

2.  Preheat oil inside pan, pour ground spices and stir fry until fragrant.

3.  Pour water and simmer until boiled.

4.  Add fish and all of vegetables. Cooked while stirring occasionally until water dried.

5.  Preheat oven 150°C and grilled until cooked.
