Grilled Portobello Mushroom with Spinach

by:

Mushrooms are one of nature's greatest medicinal food, & do you know that a Portobello mushroom has more potassium than a Banana? Food rich in potassium helps reduce the risk of high blood pressure & stroke, not to mention it also protects the muscle & nerve function. This Grilled Portobello Mushroom with Spinach is one of my familys favourite dishes & I've been making this almost all my life. Hahaha! This cheesy appetizer can also be served as a healthy snack.
