1 Cumin - tsp.

250 ml Beer (any variety of your choice) -

preparation

1.  Squeeze the garlic. Add blend of spices.

2.  Add salt and pepper.

3.  Kenzo chop finely. Add to the marinade. Stir in sesame oil. Squeeze half a lemon or lime. Stir constantly.

4.  Add beer

5.  Mix well.

6.  Take a large bowl or plastic bag and place the chicken thighs inside ..

7.  ... pour the marinade. Close the bag. Leave in refrigerator for 2 hours.

8.  Prepare the grill.

9.  Arrange thighs on the grill and cook on both sides.

10.  Enjoy!
