Green Chilies Paste

Green Chili Paste is chili paste originated of West Sumatera (Indonesia). You can easy to find it if you go to Padang Restauran. Ingredients so simple, green chilies, green tomato, vinegar, onion and garlic, after that you should stir fry the paste until well done and fragrant. You can eat green chili paste with fry or grill fish or chicken.

200 grs of green chilies.

1 green tomato.

1 tbsp sugar.

1/2 tbsp vinegar.

Salt as needed.

1 medium onion.

2 cloves - 3 garlic.

Oil for sauteing.

1.  Mash all of ingredients without vinegar and salt.

2.  Preheat frypan and oil for sauteing.

3.  Pour all puree ingredients and add vinegar and salt on the frypan and saute until water dried up and get little oil.
