Gluten Free Dairy Free Chocolate Hazelnut Blender Pie

by:

This easy-peasy chocolate hazelnut pie is a beacon of hope for all of the chocolate addicts who are not inclined to spend more than 5 minutes preparing their fix. Trust me -- absolutely anyone can make this quick easy blender pie. Just throw everything into the blender (I like to use my Vitamix to get a really smooth consistency) bake, chill and gobble! You can make this blender pie as rich, sweet and decadent as you like. I found that 3/4 cup of cacao and 3/4 cup agave struck a nice balance for me. But some of my friends preferred a richer chocolate hazelnut pie and added in 1 cup of cacao and 1 cup of agave. I used coconut flour, but you can also use sweet rice flour. This pie tastes s'blended either way. This blender pie is very dense with a delightful smooth texture.
