Fresh ginger and soy sauce make these steaks extremely tender and delicious.

Ginger Soy Marinade

1/2 c Low Sodium Soy Sauce

1/2 c Honey

1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated

1/4 c Canola Oil

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper

1.  Whisk all ingredients together until well blended.
