1/4 c lime juice

1/8 c white vinegar

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and Pepper to taste

1.  Mix juice, vinegar, and seasoning. Pour over chicken. Marinade for 8 hours or overnight. When ready, brown chicken in canola oil on both sides. Transfer to greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 375F for 1 hour or until juices run clear.

Cooks' note:
If there are any large pieces of garlic on the chicken, discard before browning to avoid burning. Time includes marinating.
