GAJAR KA HALWA Receipe is a Dessert made with Carrot .This is the traditional way of making gajar ka halwa. Who doesnt like this divine delicacy? But we often tend to avoid it, as it is full if calorie laden ingredients like khoya, ghee and dried fruits. Once in a while can be ok to surprises ur family with this lovly dessert . I have used Milkmaid U can use ful fat milk / cream instead of Milkmaid / Skimmed Milk Powder like Amul etc.

4 tbsp mava (khoya)
2 tbsp raisins (kismis)
2 tbsp of Cashwenut( kaju )
2 tbsp chopped almonds (badam)
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
