Fruits Salad Peanut Sauce

We (Indonesia) have some fruits salad with many kind of sauce such peanut sauce, brown sugar sauce. Can mix with many kind fruits as you like. Fresh when we eat it high temperature. My fruits salad with fruit what I have at home and I mix with peanut sauce.

1/2 pineapple, peel and slice.

1 apple, sliced.

1 pear, slice.

4 green chayenne pepper (optional), mashed with 100 grs peanut.

1 tbsp - 2 sugar.

2 tbsp tamarind juice.

pinch A salt.

1.  Peel of the pineapple and cut small width 1 cm.

2.  Apple slice thinly.

3.  Pear slice thinly.

4.  Mix all into a bowl, add peanut, sugar, tamarind's extract and salt.

5.  Stir until blended. Ready to be served.
