preparation

FRIED STEAK 1.   Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.

2.  Blend together the flour, the oregano and the garlic powder in a pan.

3.  Salt and pepper each side of the steak, then toss around in the flour mixture.

4.  Melt the butter in the heated oil, then fry the steak for about  2 minutes on each side and serve.
