Fried Potato Spinach Momos is my variation to traditional momos recipe where I have used only the potato and spinach for the filling and deep fried the momos. This is one of the best recipe I have tried with momos. Simple, tasty and delicious. Serve this momos with dipping sauce/chilli garlic sauce for lunch/dinner or even as snack and I am sure you will crave for more and more....

For the dough
2 cup Maida/all purpose flour
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
For the filling
3 Potato
1 cup Spinach chopped
1 1 tsp /2 Red chilli powder
Garlic salt to taste
Oil for frying the momos.
