40 g Butter -

2 Onions -

1 cup Beef broth - / 2

50 ml Wine (red or white to taste) -

Grated cheese - 100g

500 g shampinions (mushrooms) -

1.  Melt butter in small saucepan.

2.  Slice the onion and cook them in butter over low heat until the onion is soft.

3.  Then add the wine and broth and simmer until the liquid evaporation.

4.  Cut off the leg of a mushroom and cut out the core as shown on the picture.

5.  Fry mushroom until golden brown.

6.  Add onions in the middle and salt to taste.

7.  Rub a slice of cheese on a medium grater (required for the filling).

8.  Spread the grated cheese and bake in oven at F350 degrees about 8 minutes.
